A chilly but bright morning greeted the early morning members arriving at North Hill today.
Gliders and ground equipment were readied early, prior to briefing at 9:00am with Duty Instructor James Flory. First launch was at 9:48am (me!) which I was pleased to fly at the reduced rate!

Dan Hender flew the First Flights visitor, who thoroughly enjoyed his flight, and is definitely coming back. (And our very first booking on the new website).
Flying continued through lunch due to the extra capacity of instructors. Afternoon DLM Gill Morrison, kept a tight ship running the airfield very efficiently.
Well done to Richard Lean who resoloed on aero tow, Ashley Thomas cleared solo in the DG505, and Lily Sanders-Page and Adam Smith were both put through their initial spin training. A very successful day, thank you to everyone who pitched in.
