Thanks to Duty Instructor Steve Westlake and the numerous instructors for getting the most out of a slightly difficult day.
The gusty northerly wind, much stronger than forecast, made it Blue Card conditions initially, which gradually became easier as the day went on. By 4pm winds were light and there was some quite powerful lift available up to the cloudbase of around 3500ft.
Andy Williams did his first solo in the Eurofox once the winds had calmed down.
