Following last year’s amazingly successful event, we are doing it again!  This year we are supporting not one, but two great charities!

How much will it cost?

Winch Launch £45 – Our winch will tow you and your instructor to around 1000 feet above the airfield, for you to then soar gently back to earth for up to 10 minutes.  The winch launch is the most exciting way to get into the sky!

Aerotow Launch £75 – Our Eurofox tug aircraft will tow you and your instructor into the sky above Devon.  This will generally be a longer flight of up to 20 minutes, and a more gentle way to get into the air!

How will the day work?

Weather permitting, flying starts from 9am.  We’ve split the day into one hour long slots.  You won’t be guaranteed to fly at a specific time, but if you arrive for your introductory briefing a half hour before the beginning of your chosen time slot, we will arrange that you’ll get to fly in a reasonable sequence (with the friends/family you booked with, where possible),  Expect to be at the club for a minimum of around 90 minutes, then you are very welcome to stay longer at the clubhouse once you have flown…. the cafe will be open all day.

Can anyone fly?
