From incessant rain to “Beach weather” in a blink. But the Vintage Glider Club National Rally gliders flew on every day.
The heatwave was enjoyed by the open cockpits, and although proper thermals were absent there were some convergence lines and even a bit of gentle ridge and wave.
We loved having our unusual visitors to the Club with the addition of some members of the Devon Strut flying in and even some vintage cars.
