Once we were all strapped in canopy closed we were off into the Yorkshire countryside . After heading North towards our first turning point and altimeter increasing spirits were high in the eagle 🦅 cockpit.

We then travelled to Gainsborough . This was a rather intense run and there wasn’t much lift about but a lot off sink . Thankfully due to John’s skills we made it.

With conditions ahead deteriorating we decided it was best to head back to Pocklington . Due to the not so great conditions we were relying on a few little pockets of lift to get us across the Humber and back home to Pocklington.
